Every custom marine item is fabricated in our shop by our craftsmen and fabricated with great care and expertise.  Non-custom items are covered by the manufacture of said items such as Items provided by other suppliers. If item is damaged in shipment then the shipper covers the damage. If you are not fully satisfied with a custom item, we will accept return of said item within 21 days from receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to repair or if the item cannot be repaired, replace at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for any and all repacking and shipping costs to our shop in Dolan Springs, Arizona.

 We will repair or replace woodworking items found to be defective due to structural problems within one year of delivery.  Normal shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warping of solid wood items are to be expected and is not a structural defect and is therefore not covered.

Once the item has been altered, installed or attached or used, other than actual structural defects. Any remaining warrantee reverts back to the particular manufacturer of the item defective. (I.E. we do not warrantee wood, the life of adhesives, finishes or hardware.) 

Since we do not have control over the conditions our goods are subjected to once they leave our shop, Fairview MS llc does not cover damage resulting from negligence or misuse. 

This warranty is extended only to the original consumer. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied. 

SHIPPING:

We insure all our shipments through the freight or shipping company.  The customer must point out any surface damage done to the box or container to the shipper. We must be notified within 2 days of delivery for the shipping warranty to be in place. Customer must also retain all shipping materials and original box for the shipping company to review.
